Mummy and 1950's: Paper work

     - Wrapping the body and making form of female body 
       by weaving paper together like mummies
     - Curvy lines on shoulders and breast

     Hot Pink and Textures in NYC

-Rough textures from artificial structures and nature

- Bold hot pink color on the cement : It makes me come up with fashion collection in NY

(Color blocking:  pink and dark colors)

     I really like the trendy bold colors with black or grey hues. If these colors on fashion, they are very feminine and stylish with the color combination. 


It looks like neon signs in Time Square where is in front of my apt.
Especially, at night, black sky and bold and bright colors of lights make harmony beautifully.  
Whenever, I walk through the main street of Time Square, I am attracted by colors of neon signs.
They always inspire me by catching my eyes and make me feel something that I am  in runway of fashion show.

Project 1-5 week

 Focusing on lighting and mass of objects.     Organic and Geometric are totally different concept in design but they come together in my works.  

From 1950s look, I found curvy lines and organic shape of clothing. Taking pictures of NYC which are geometric buildings and softness of nature at the same time.  Also I am interested in  subtle colors from photos of 1950s new look.

 Contrasting two components at the same time they make harmony.  

Glossy and shiny colors are around us in NYC.

Inspired by gold color from artifacts which make me come up with lighting.
